DigiBase Media does not primarily sell physical products.

Our services and deliverables are generally provided digitally, including video content and creative assets.

As a result, standard physical shipping does not normally apply to our services.

Digital deliverables may be provided by publishing them on the applicable YouTube channel or by sharing the files through email, cloud storage, file-sharing platforms, or other agreed methods.

Delivery timelines will depend on the project scope and will be communicated to the client before or during the engagement.

For sponsored content, video production, and other projects, the expected delivery timeline may be specified in the applicable agreement, proposal, invoice, or communication with the client.

Timelines may depend on factors including project scope, client feedback, approvals, revisions, and availability of required materials.
