Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 8, 2026

DigiBase Media, LLC provides digital media and content production services to brands and businesses. Because our services may involve project planning, research, scripting, production, recording, editing, and other work performed specifically for a client, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the stage of the project.

1. Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a project by contacting us at collaboration@digibase.media.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

If work has not yet started, DigiBase Media may provide a full refund of eligible amounts paid for the cancelled project.

If work has already started, the amount eligible for refund may depend on the work already completed and any non-refundable costs incurred for the project.

2. Services Already Performed

Payments for services or portions of services that have already been completed may not be refundable.

This may include research, planning, scripting, production, filming, editing, revisions, consulting, or other work performed specifically for the client.

3. Deposits and Advance Payments

Where a project requires an advance payment or deposit, the applicable agreement or invoice may specify the payment terms and cancellation conditions for that particular project.

If the project agreement contains specific cancellation or refund terms, those terms will apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Refund Requests

To request a refund, contact collaboration@digibase.media.

Please include your name, company name, project details, invoice information, and the reason for your request.

We will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.

The time required for the funds to appear in the client's account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

6. Disputed Charges

Clients should contact DigiBase Media before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

If a client believes a charge was made incorrectly or a service was not delivered as agreed, they may contact us at collaboration@digibase.media.

7. Client-Specific Agreements

Certain projects may be governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, insertion order, sponsorship agreement, or other contract.

Where such an agreement contains specific payment, cancellation, or refund terms, those terms will govern the applicable project to the extent permitted by law.
